If the questioner's question is factually correct and based on reality, and does not involve any kind of misrepresentation or falsehood, such as the questioner's uncle occupying the said land and not giving it to the heirs despite their demands, then this action of the questioner's uncle is not correct, rather it is unlawful, forbidden and a major sin because it is based on usurpation and oppression. Meanwhile, the questioner's other uncle, Haroon Khanzada, is also not lawfully favoring his brother, which he must avoid. Accordingly, it is stated in a hadith that whoever usurps even a span of someone's land, Allah Almighty will put the necklace of seven earths around his neck on the Day of Judgment. Therefore, it is obligatory on the questioner's uncle to refrain from this action, hand over the said land to his heirs, and think about being relieved of worldly and otherworldly liability. Otherwise, legal action can be taken against him.
